Zain Hussain
I'm a 26-year old tech entrepreneur based in London.
I began my career at Monzo, where I spent four and a half years helping to scale the bank's scam investigations ops while studying law full-time.
After graduating, I spent some time in San Francisco, California where I founded my first company Trident, building AI tools to combat scams and financial crime, serving banks across the UK, US, South Asia, and East Africa.
Today, I work across technology, venture building, and social impact.
- qwip: building the modern, public phone booth for the UK.
- saath: a community-led fund supporting innovative projects across South Asia.
- hult prize: helping run the world's largest student social entrepreneurship competition, operating across more than 131+ countries, with 250,000+ annual participants.
I also work as an actor, with credits across HBO, Netflix and BBC productions.
Outside work, I enjoy travelling and exploring food and culture around the world, having visited more than 80+ countries.
